Armored gland without armor

Armored gland without armor

Gland Gland with and without armor
Armored Gland and Unarmoured Gland are two different types of gland that differ in the outer cover of the gland. In armored glands, a sheath cover is stretched around the cables and the gland is placed on it. The purpose of this cover is to further protect the cables from damage.

Also in terms of shape, glands have two types, ordinary and flat. The difference between these two types of glands is that the normal type has a circular cross-section and is used for ordinary wires and cables, but the flat type has a narrow rectangular valve through which wires with a smooth cross-section can pass.
