Plastic gland

A wide range of cables can use plastic glands. The resistance of these glands to corrosive materials such as salt water, greases and weak acids is good, so the use of plastic glands is recommended in situations where the cables and the gland are located in the vicinity of corrosive materials.

Plastic glands generally do not have good resistance to high temperatures and therefore their use in the presence of flammable and flammable materials is not recommended at all. These glands are available in different colors and therefore can be coded.
